Mission Trip to Sweet T&T

From April 6th311th, a group of dedicated lay members from the
Seventh-day Adventist Church gathered in the twin-island nation
of Trinidad and Tobago to launch an evangelistic health campaign.
With deep faith and commitment, each participating family made
personal sacrifices4funding their own travel and accommodations
4to be part of this mission. Relying on the Most High, they came
united in purpose: to minister, educate, and support individuals on
their journey to better health and spiritual renewal.
International Representation
The mission reflected a strong spirit of unity, with participants
travelling from:
United Kingdom
United States of America
Jamaica
Martinique
Trinidad and Tobago
Vision and Organisation
The conference was the brainchild of Ann-Marie Charles, who, after
attending the Gospel Health Conferences in the United Kingdom
since 2022, envisioned bringing this initiative to her home country.
Providentially, with no UK conference scheduled for 2026, the
opportunity arose for a mission trip to Trinidad and Tobago. AnnMarie worked closely with local contacts, including Beverly Hoyt
who was key in the planning and implementation in Trinidad, and
Vickie DaCoteau, Health Director of the Southern Caribbean
Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (Trinidad), to develop a
meaningful and impactful programme.
In collaboration with True Temperance International, a UK-based
lay ministry, the vision was brought to fruition.
